Afron Holdings started with a simple, human idea: connect people to the opportunities they deserve. What began as a small, focused operation in Colombo grew from a genuine commitment to service — not scale for its own sake.
Growth
As trust in the Afron name grew, so did the group's ambitions. New subsidiaries emerged to serve adjacent needs — from human resources and foreign employment to travel and real estate — each built on the same foundation of reliability.
Expansion
Diversification became deliberate strategy. Engineering, education, agriculture, trading and digital solutions joined the portfolio — turning Afron Holdings into a genuinely multi-industry group, resilient across economic cycles.
Global Presence
With seven branches across Sri Lanka established, Afron Holdings looked outward — opening Afron Human Resources Consultancies LLC in Dubai to serve the Gulf region's growing demand for skilled talent.
Innovation
Afron Digital Solutions and Afron Tech Academy were founded to bring modern technology and practical skills into the group — digitising operations and preparing the next generation of the workforce.
Future Vision
With a new office now open in Romania, Afron Holdings is taking its first steps into Europe. The group continues to look for new industries and new geographies where its people-first philosophy can create real value.
